The course was eye opening for me, as a relative beginner I was able to glean alot from the intensive weekend I hope to be able to use what I have learned to start a side business.
I found it very useful to get a basic framework of how to deliver the massage experience as a whole, where to start and which areas of the body to move onto. The most important was learning how to use my hands in different ways to rake the areas most prone to lymph buildup, this was new for me and I have already been able to use it to good effect.
The course was very practical with each area of the body having a demonstration of the techniques and then an opportunity to practise. We were able to discuss how to approach using these techniques for different types of clients and their likely needs with regard to MLD.
The pace was good, we had time to practise and consolidate at each stage.
The hands on practice really consolidated the material for me. I appreciated seeing the demonstration and then taking turns to trial the techniques and see how they felt.
I was pretty tired by the end of day 3 but felt that I had solidly covered the material so it was worthwhile.
Overall I loved the experience, thanks Rebecca for this training.

I was a mock client for Beck and her students for a lymphatic massage focusing on the front of body..Beck has a wealth of knowledge and provided excellent guidance ..
